Full Day Rates Include the Following:

  • 12 Hours between 7:00 AM and Midnight

  • All Sets, Props, Wardrobe

  • Lighting Gear

  • Cast/Crew up to 15 People

 

Short-Term Rental Rates

  • Single Full Day Monday-Saturday (12 Hours) – $650

  • Sunday Full Day (12 Hours) – $550

 

Multi-Day Rental Rates

  • 1-4 Days – $600/Day

  • 5-9 Days – $550/Day

  • 10+ Days – Custom Quote

 

NOTE: We do not offer hourly or half day rentals. The facility is rented by the day. You can can schedule the 12 hours anytime between 7:00 AM and Midnight. You are not required to use all 12 hours but the rate is the same.

STEP 1: Get in Touch

  • Check the dates and let us know what you need!
  • Fill out the CONTACT FORM here (preferred)
  • Email us with the info at booking@ocstandingsets.com
  • Call us with the info at 714-203-5111
  • We will check availability and let you know any additional information we might need to put together a rental agreement.

STEP 2: The Rental Agreement

  • Review and complete the agreement
  • Only complete the agreement once we have verified availability and pricing.
  • Your dates are reserved when we have agreed to and received the signed agreement as well as the deposit.

STEP 3: Pay the Deposit

  • We require a 50% Deposit to reserve your dates.
  • If shoot is within 14 days of booking, balance in full is due to reserve dates..
  • If you are booking more than 30-days in advance, we do offer a 5% discount when you pay your balance in full at the time of booking.
  • Days do not need to be scheduled consecutively; however, when scheduling multiple days, amount in full must be paid 14 days prior to first day of shooting.
  • Payments can be made with Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
  • Pay the Deposit as agreed upon in your Rental Agreement.

STEP 4: Tech Scout

  • Your booking incudes a 30-minute Tech Scout if desired.
  • Tech Scout is subject to availability and cannot be scheduled while another crew is working.

STEP 5: Pay the Balance

  • The balance will be due no later than 7 days from your shoot date.
  • Payments can be made with Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
  • Or, you can make Payments Here.

STEP 6: Your Production

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Location (no walk-ins): Koa Aloha Media, 19400 Beach Blvd. Unit 8, Huntington Beach, CA 92648
  • $100/hour overtime
  • $100/hour cleaning fee for crews who do not clean up
  • There may be a $300 Security Deposit Required (Check or Credit Card / Will not be charged or deposited if crew is not charged overtime or cleaning).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If shoot is cancelled for any reason prior to 31 days of first day of booking, deposit is refundable.
  • If shoot is cancelled within 15-30 days of booking, deposit is non-refundable.
  • If shoot is cancelled within 14 days of booking, full amount is owed.
  • If a booking is cancelled, it is non-transferable.
  • We will consider rescheduling a cancelled booking within 180 days subject to a 10% re-booking fee, and subject to studio availability.
