Dining Room/Study
Dining Room/Study/Private Office Set
BASIC INFO: The Dining Room Set can be used in conjunction with the Living Room or the small configurable room, or entirely on its own. The dining room table is normally set to a 4-person table, but can be expanded to a 6 or 8-person table. Please let us know if advance what you need.
CONFIGURABLE ELEMENTS: The Dining Room is getting a configurable desk so it can easily turn into a private office or study. Slide a few things out of the way, add a few ready-made set pieces, and voila, it’s a study.
SIZE: The set is 10×11 with 10-foot ceilings on its own. It can be combined with the Living Room Set to create an 11×20 shooting area, as well as the Small Configurable Room to create an additional L-Shaped 10×20 shooting area. There are also two ceiling brackets for mounting lights.
Living Room/Bedroom
Living Room / Bedroom Set
BASIC INFO: The Living Room Set is adjacent to the Dining Room and can be used as one large set or simply on its own.
BASIC INFO: The Bedroom Set can be easily and quickly configured. The sofa turns into a bed, the fireplace rolls away, and the room décor can be quickly substituted.
CONFIGURABLE ELEMENTS: The shelve brackets fold down and we have a selection of art you can hang (or bring your own). The couch cam be turned into a bed. The coffee table extends out. into a desk setup The faux window has LED panels that can be turned on and off for daylight simulation. The electric fireplace can be turned on/off for visual effect. All furniture can be easily slid/moved. There are also two ceiling brackets for mounting lights.
CONSIDERATIONS: Price includes a single configuration for one-day. If you need it reconfigured on the same day, a technician will be required to do this. While most configurations can be done relatively quick, please allow for 45 minutes in your production schedule (a great time for that lunch break).

Bar/Retail Counter
Bar Set
BASIC INFO: The Bar Set is ready to go, but with a few quick and easy alterations, this can quickly be configured into a retail counter. This set is adjacent to the diner so shooting lanes can combine the two sets to create a larger environment if desired.
SIZE: The set is approximately 10×10 with 10-foot ceilings, but can share the diner and extend to 10×20.
Diner
Diner/Bistro Set
BASIC INFO: The Diner Set has a pair of 2-seat tables ready to go. They can be combined for a larger seating area, and they can be used in conjunction with the Bar Set as well.
CONFIGURABLE ELEMENTS: Artwork can easily be switched out. The tables can be pushed together to create 4-person seating. Table clothes can quickly be set in, to give a more formal look.
SIZE: The set is approximately 10×10 with 10-foot ceilings, but can extend to 10×20 when used in conjunction with the bar.
Hospital Room
Hospital Room Set
BASIC INFO: The hospital is designed to look like a real hospital room with authentic equipment.
CONFIGURABLE ELEMENTS: Most elements, including the bed, can be moved, raised, lowered, and many of the props are real working medical devices.
SIZE: The room is 10×11 with 10-foot ceilings, three solid walls, and curtains to expand the room and create the appearance of another room or another guest.
Morgue
Morgue Set
Almost done! Half of our large configurable set will be regularly staged as a morgue, to meet the needs and demands of many filmmakers. We have the set pieces and props already, we are just waiting on the final wall and morgue décor to make this a ready-to-go realistic set for filmmakers.
BASIC INFO: The morgue / embalming room set provides a realistic look to a well-used morgue. It even comes with a cadaver.
CONFIGURABLE ELEMENTS: Most elements can be moved or removed. The room can even be cleared out with advanced notice.
CONSIDERATIONS: Most tools and props work; however, the cadaver drawers are fixed and do not actually open.
SIZE: The room is 9×10 with 8-foot ceilings, three solid walls, and curtains to expand the room and create the appearance of another room or partitioned area.
Configurable Set / Green Screen
Configurable Set / Green Screen
BASIC INFO: This room is configurable for many options. It can serve as an extension to the dining room or be its own location. It can easily be configured as a solitary confinement jail cell, a hacker’s basement, a bedroom, or a variety of other setups. Also, very quick to turn into a GREEN SCREEN or other backdrop area.
CONSIDERATIONS: Price includes a single configuration for one-day. If you need it reconfigured on the same day, a technician will be required to do this. While most configurations can be done relatively quick, please allow for 45 minutes in your production schedule (a great time for that lunch break).
OTHER USES: When not being used as a set, we use this as a dedicated makeup room.
SIZE: The set is approximately 10×11 with 10-foot ceilings, with an open wall and a door.
